I recommend this book to all genuine PTSD survivors interested in learning how to heal effectively and cheaply. Also, I recommend this book to all who are willing to learn about the malpractice in the health sector of the USA.

Writing with simplicity and uncanny clarity, the author shows how PTSD treatments can destroy those who are in the healing process while helping readers understand what happens when people experience PTSD. Readers will also understand secrets that industry professionals don’t want the public to know.

… this was a captivating and immersive read. The suspenseful nature causes a reader to be glued to the pages of this book. The author not only dealt with PTSD but branched off into topics such as reincarnation, karma, and where our soul goes when we die. The author based her theories on researches done by professionals. I liked how thorough the book seemed.

One major thing I learned from this book is that drugs do not necessarily help PTSD patients to recover. I learned about discipline, determination, and persistence. In this book, the author states that PTSD is a gift for the reconstruction of one’s reality. I also learned that there is no definite time frame for a PTSD recovery.

The book was very insightful. The author shared a lot of useful information that would be very helpful to everyone with post-traumatic stress disorder. I also liked that the author did not treat PTSD as a sickness but made it seem like a chance to reflect and grow.

This book was very fantastic, and the plot blew me away. The plot was unpredictable and suspenseful, which was a pleasant surprise. The book was also educational in all its aspects, as it clearly explained how to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, particularly from her first-person perspective.

The author did a good job of using understandable words to explain facts. One vital thing that the author talks about is the manipulative attitude of doctors and psychologists.

The author’s writing style is consistent, and this book is filled with motivational aphorisms, helpful hints, and positive messages. To top it off, she incorporates a wide range of concepts and expressions in this book, which I value the most.

According to the author, you can only cure yourself by your Self. I love the fact that Nattanya recommended the medium through which she got her cure. The book contains a lot of medical terminologies and abbreviations. The author did a good job of explaining the terminologies and abbreviations.
